Cooking healthy meals isn’t hard with so many more fruits and vegetables available. Even if you’re short on time you can easily make a quick stir fry, or create a colorful and delicious salad.
Freshly picked fruits and vegetables have a high rate of vibration, so if you can grow your own, even better!
Stay away from unhealthy take-always such as chips and burgers as these foods vibrate at a very low level, if at all!!
